Watford Football Club is not just approaching a crossroads. We are at a definitive spaghetti junction where wrong turnings can get very messy.
The next block of seven games, upon the resumption of this season after the eternal international break, will set the spirit level for the 2026-27 season and, quite possibly, for Alessio Dionisi’s reign as head coach.
