So long, Imran - you could have been one of Watford’s greats, but in the end you were a bright light that flickered.
Imran Louza’s £7 million move to Panathinaikos in Greece brings the curtain down on a five-year stint at Vicarage Road that promised more than it actually delivered, a charge arguably better levelled at those advising him.
Once a Hornet, always a Hornet, so we give thanks for his greatest hits.
We shall remember that eye-of-the-needle stunner from long range at Sunderland.
